Returns/Exchange Policy
1. Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the day merchandise is received. Please notify us by email on any returns and exchanges. We will only accept your timely return of unworn or unwashed merchandise for a full refund of the original price. Allow 2-3 for the processing of your return.
2. Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Our merchandise is fully inspected before it gets shipped out so we guarantee that each item you receive has no defects whatsoever. 3. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the day the merchandise is received. Extra shipping and handling charges may apply. Please call or email us for more details.
4. Absolutely no returns on custom orders, instructions on taking measurements must be carefully followed to achieve the right fit and quality. Take note that right fit relies on right measurements. We offer free alterations on orders over $250. Please call our professional designers and tailors for details. Extra shipping charges may apply.
